Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship orders to the whole world daily - from the United States to Japan, from Greenland to Falkland Islands. No matter where you are - your Wellcoda order will reach you.
Q: How much does it cost to ship to my location?
A: Our shipping prices depend on the destination country and they are applied to each item. If you would like to purchase larger quantities and ship them to the same location, please contact our customer service team and we will work out the best solution for you.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We try to make the delivery process as fast as possible. If you order before 7 a.m. (GMT) the parcel will be dispatched on the same working day. Otherwise, the dispatch time will be the next working day.
We aim to deliver in 2-3 working days within the United Kingdom, in 7-21 days to the rest of the world. The estimated delivery time is 9-10 days within the United Kingdom, 14-28 days to the rest of the world.

Q: I want to buy several items, will the shipping cost less?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer combined shipping at the moment - the price depends on parcel weight. However, if you are ordering more than 5 items, please contact us and we might find the best option special for your order.
Q: Can I change my address after the order has been shipped?
A: Unfortunately, after your order is dispatched your parcel is in the hands of a postal system. Please make sure you enter a correct address or if you made a mistake contact our support team before the order is dispatched.

A: We always recommend our customers to follow our provided size charts - you can see them next to each item. If you want your garment to be a looser fit, we would recommend ordering one size bigger. Furthermore, if the size you have ordered does not fit you the way it should, contact us and we will provide you with the best solution.
Q: What is your exchange/return policy?
A: Wellcoda solves each return inquiry individually. If there is an issue with your item, for example sizing issues, color of product or anything else, please contact us directly. Our customer support team will give you the best possible solution to suit needs.
Q: The design I want to buy is currently out of stock. What should I do?
A: In such a case, please contact our support team - we can offer more than 8.000 unique designs, we will show you all the similar ones to the one you want and you will definitely find something else you'll love!
Q: I want a print on both sides. Can I do that?
A: Our answer is Yes! Inform our customer service team what kind of print do you need and we can help. Our team can put a design on front, back or both sides of a garment.
We know you're going to love your merchandise. But if for any reason you don't, you 're welcome to return it within 365 days of receiving it.

THE REASONS BELOW ARE COVERED BY OUR 365 DAY FULL COVERAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.

1. If the item is being returned due to a manufacturer's defect or because we shipped the wrong item. Or you received any broken items, defective quality ones.
2. You chose the wrong size clothing or type of item.
3. Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
Please kindly note that we accept returns on items in new condition with the original packaging and materials.
THE REASONS BELOW ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR 365 DAY RETURN POLICY, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THESE ISSUES.
1. Products are damaged by misuse or mishandling.
2. We do not accept any returns for any personalized items, unless the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to Wellcoda, as stated in our 365 day FULL COVERAGE
Please follow the instructions below that are provided by our customer service team.
1. Items that are being returned should looks new. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
2. Prior to returning the product, please submit a support ticket, or contact one of our customer service representatives at email@example.com to request return authorisation, and the return instructions. Returns lacking a corresponding RMA may be delayed or returned to the customer.
3. All products returned to Wellcoda must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Wellcoda without damage and please note that the parcel is for "return products".

We will refund back to your original account of payment according to real time exchange rate within 2 business days after we receive your returns.
